Winter came. Small diy from old pc slot cover. Just enough to let some air out/in.

Windows pc after update – every click , every element comes with uncloseable error about missing printer driver. User gets new notebook.

User call. Replaced home router. Doesn know how to connect to it. WPS button rules.

Another . Took all equipment home. Didnt took pictures how they were connected before. its hell to connect devices over phone when user doesnt understand anything i say.

New it helpdesk worker agreed after week – we live in anarchy. She must get lean job in future to change things.

Some years ago , somehow as helpdesk i got chance to take course together with guys from windows admin and infosec teams.

It was about how to secure company with help of “no admin rights for users” policy and implementing applocker.

It changed my whole view on how to use computers. Kick from monkey with handgrenade to sane adult.
